    • WhatsApp Button: One-tap pre-filled message.

    • Multi-Client Batch: Queue 10 calls in a row.

  • Assistance:

    • Script Preview: AI-generated script ("Hi [Name], ask about their [Last Service]...").

    • Call Outcome Tagging: "Booked", "Callbacks later", "Not Interested".

Main Success Scenario:

  1. Receptionist sees "Midweek Slump" alert for Tuesday.
  2. Clicks "View 5 High-Value Prospects".
  3. Sees "John Doe" (Last haircut 5 weeks ago).
  4. Clicks "Call".
  5. Reads script: "Hi John, we have a slot open effectively..."
